1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our Voguehandbags online shop. Please note, our online shop is intended for consumers only.

2. Contractual partner, formation of contract, options for corrections

The contract is concluded with Voguehandbags GmbH, headquartered at Zielstattstraße 27, 81379 Munich, Germany.

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for these items. You may place products in the shopping basket without obligation and adjust your entries at any time prior to submitting your binding order by using the correction options provided in the ordering process. The contract is formed once you click the order button, which indicates acceptance of our offer. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

For personalized straps, please note that delivery takes approximately 8–10 weeks. Personalized items are excluded from cancellation and return policies, as they are custom-made for you.

3. Contract language, saving of the contract text

The languages available for concluding contracts are German and English.

We store the contract text, order data, and our Terms and Conditions, which will be forwarded to you by email. For data protection reasons, the contract text cannot be accessed online at a later stage.

4. Delivery conditions

We deliver free of charge via UPS Ground Service within the continental United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Customers may also choose UPS Next Day Air Saver for an additional fee.

Goods can only be shipped; customer pickup is not available.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

  • Credit Card: Payment is processed automatically after submission of the order and cardholder verification.
  • PayPal: Payment requires a valid PayPal account. The transaction is processed after order confirmation.
  • Apple Pay: Available for customers using the Safari browser with Apple Pay activated. Transactions are processed immediately after placing the order.

6. Retention of title

All goods remain the property of Voguehandbags until full payment is received.

7. Damage during delivery

If goods arrive with visible damage caused during delivery, please report this to the carrier and notify us immediately. This does not affect your legal warranty rights but helps us assert claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

8. Warranty and guarantees

8.1 Liability for defects
We are legally obligated to supply products in conformity with the contract. Statutory warranty rights under the consumer’s country of residence apply. Should a return be necessary to review a warranty claim, we will provide a return shipping label. We aim to respond to complaints immediately, but no later than within 14 days.

8.2 Guarantees and customer service
Additional guarantees, where applicable, will be listed on product pages or provided in accompanying documentation.

11. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers may be purchased via the Voguehandbags online shop and can only be redeemed for products (not additional vouchers). They cannot be exchanged for cash or accrue interest. Vouchers must be redeemed before order completion. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to voucher purchases.
